The tower, the trainwreck and the transformation ...™
nce upon a trainwreck, there was a little girl … a Princess who grew up and found herself Rapunzel’d™.
She’d conformed, complied and compromised to worldly “supposed to’s” and social narratives, feeling like each audience cast her in a different role … to the point where, when she looked in the mirror she had no recognition of who was looking back at her …
… somewhere along the way she began to realize that she’d been Rapunzel’d™ in a life that didn’t fit because she’d been wearing an identity that didn’t fit – The Princess Costume – she’d been exhausting herself trying to make it, trying to maintain it.
Not too long after that realization, she was blindsided by an epic trainwreck that destroyed her fairytale and the tower right along with it, but in the wreckage of the trainwreck and rubble of her crumbled tower she felt something she’d never felt before – free.
Free to figure out who she was by her own definition and abstract design, free to challenge everything the world had ever told her about who she was supposed to be.
This was the beginning of her freedom … my freedom.
I love fairytales because they encompass “all of the things” of life – the good, bad, ugly and beautiful™ things.
My fairytale left me Rapunzel’d™ – trapped in a “tower” of “circumstances”, beliefs, roles I was cast in by others, by the world …
Until it crumbled and set me free.
Free to figure out who I was and the life I wanted to live.
Free to Embody my Anti-Princess Identity™, take the pen and write my own
happily ever after, in a whole new fairytale™.

Once Upon a Trainwreck™ takes you through the complete transformation arc – if you are not serious about going through it, beginning with the Core Framework of Identity, embodiment then application to life to achieve transformation, this is not your kingdom. We go below the surface and behind the curtain. No dancing around the hard topics. No tiptoeing around the real ones that most platforms avoid entirely.
I’ve said a number of times that you won’t find anything else like this in the “coaching space” …
In finding yourself here, you’ve probably already seen what’s out there.
The life coaches, the mindset coaches. The “identity” coaches. Transformation coaches. The manifestation coaches. The women’s empowerment retreats. The therapy-adjacent coaches holding space in their “containers” for your “healing journey”.
The Law of Attraction dressed up in trendy Quantum language that somehow always manages to blame you when it doesn’t work. And maybe you’ve tried some of it – because you were looking for something real and that was what was available.
Here’s the honest truth about most of what exists in this space: Diluted and hurried “identity” work, surface level “transformation” work addressing symptoms. The thoughts, the behaviors, the relationships, the “circumstances.” Patching the outside without ever touching what’s underneath it. Duct tape and superglue™ dressed up as “transformation”.
Giving you enough to leave you feeling desperate, wanting more – “needing” more.
Yes, what’s offered elsewhere may hold, for a minute – until it doesn’t.
If you’ve already tried some of it and it didn’t work – it wasn’t your fault.
You didn’t do it wrong. You weren’t thinking too negatively or manifesting incorrectly, or not ready enough for the “breakthrough”. You didn’t hold negative energy or fail to do the work presented to you.
A lot of what’s out there will tell you that your thoughts are sabotaging your results. That thinking negatively is the problem. That you just need to buy into the smoke, mirrors and the Universe™ – think postitively, visualize harder, journal and do affirmations – speaking it into existence.
That’s not true. That doesn’t work. And that’s the harm.
You were told your own mind was working against you – which means every time a negative thought showed up, you probably became afraid of your own mind on top of everything else you were already carrying, blaming and fighting against it.
That’s not empowerment. That’s one more thing to perform your way out of.
The work presented to you was incomplete – addressing symptoms with tools that were never designed to touch the root.
Of course it didn’t work. It was never going to – because it was not the complete equation.
With my knack for getting on the cow’s nose, and subsequently re-inventing the wheel, I developed an equation that the entire Once Upon a Trainwreck™ platform “runs on” –
I believe that this equation reflects the complete transformation arc.
Starting at the root – the Core Framework of Identity, then embodiment of identity, then application of the identity to life, only then does transformation actually happen.
Doing the excavation. Going to the root, the one underneath every symptom, every pattern, every “circumstance” that keeps showing up no matter how many times you’ve tried to fix it.
I believe that identity is the foundation of everything, and here we do real identity work, to achieve real transformation.
Not mindset fluff. Not “performance”. Not a better version of who the world told you to be. Not affirmations and vision boards, not “speaking things into existence”.
The actual foundation – who you are from the inside out, independent of any outside definition, influence, expectation or standard – and everything built from the outside in.
My teaching is honest and very direct, sometimes messy – but always with the utmost respect for you and for the accuracy of what I’m teaching.
No koolaid, no fluff, no marketing tricks or manipulation used to sell you something that blames you for it not working.
No manufactured urgency.
The framework and foundation is sequential and structured, the complete transformation arc, taught layer by layer – not handing you a concept and sending you home with journal prompts and a Facebook group.
Here, there’s a beginning, a middle, and completion of the equation.
And even a place beyond that … not because I want to sell you something else, but because living is where the transformation gets challenged. If you’re riding out the trainwreck as you’re reading this, I know what it can feel like, you might wonder if you’re going to make it. Especially if you’re doing it alone.
You’re not alone. I’m building a place for that too.
This all started with my storyboard.
The creative coping I came up with to help me get through it –

Have you ever found yourself looking in the mirror with no idea as to who’s looking back at you?
It’s really no wonder this happens – especially after something devastating shakes or destroys the foundation of what you’ve believed to be true. Or when you start to recognize that you’ve been trapped in the Perfect Princess Performance™, wearing the world’s identity, or what I like to call The Princess Costume™.
The world tells us who we’re supposed to be, one casting call after another, playing roles that don’t fit, roles you never auditioned for.
Roles to meet the expectations of your family, your friends, your career, your partner.
Following this trajectory, you may have built your identity to fit your life, rather than building a life that stems from the identity of who you were meant to be all along.
That outside-in identity you’ve been wearing – The Princess Costume™ – the one you’ve been living as, and performing as, exhausting yourself to maintain – it will break you. Sometimes slowly. Sometimes in one devastating moment.
Either way, there will come a time when you don’t recognize the woman looking back at you in the mirror and finally acknowledge the unfortunate truth and ask yourself:
“Who is this? This isn’t me. This was never me.”
That’s the architecture of the tower. And the trainwreck – is what finally cracks it open.
Our earliest conditioning defines, designs and build an identity from the outside in – to meet the world’s and everyone else’s expectations, to perform to their standards of who they say we’re supposed to be.
The Princess. The Princess Costume™. The Perfect Princess Performance™.
The world tells us what’s beautiful, and some of have nearly killed ourselves trying to attain it.
We lose ourselves trying to be accommodating. Trying to please and be subordinate.
Our value is measured by acceptance validation of others, typically measured by external markers and appearances –
The Princess Costume™ and the Perfect and the Perfect Princess Performance™.
The Princess isn’t just who the world wants you to be – she’s who the world says you have to be.
But she’s not who you were meant to be. She’s a performance. A role. A costume that doesn’t fit – an identity that doesn’t fit.
The Anti-Princess™ – she challenges everything the world has ever told her about who she’s supposed to be.
She’s different, imperfectly beautiful, sometimes messy, but she’s always real.
In The Anti-Princess™ Intensive, we start at the very beginning – the root – no building on a broken foundation. We start with a complete excavation before we begin building anything new. This is where you conceptualize your Anti-Princess Identity™ Outline.
Not another costume to for you to try and make fit, not another role for you to perform. Not who the world says you’re supposed to be. But the outline of who you were meant to be all along.
Why start with an outline?? The words “identity” and “transformation” get thrown around the “coaching space” like hot ‘taters. That’s not what’s happening here, at Once Upon a Trainwreck™, we do all of the work, this is not an “overnight” transformation or “quick fix” – there is no such thing.
The Anti-Princess™ Intensive is the first step in the complete transformation arc, which takes you through the entire process, beginning with real identity work, actual embodiment of the identity, then application of the identity to life, only then will you have reached transformation.
The Anti-Princess™ Intensive opens for enrollment May 1st, meetings begin on Tuesday, May 6th via Zoom.
2 Study Tracks:
Fundamental (3 day) – Core Identity Framework
Beyond (5 day) – Core Identity Framework + and introduction to the “how” of the Quantum Mechanics of Identity and the framework and foundation of the Quantum Architecture of Identity™.

Before you can conceptualize something new, you have to understand what you’ve actually been working with. Day 1 This is where it starts – with an introduction of what “identity” actually means. This is where we begin challenging everything the world has ever told us about who we’re supposed to be – what it’s been building with and without our awareness, acknowledgment or consent.
By the end of Day 1 you’ll have a clear picture of the “The Princess Costume™” you’ve been wearing, where it came from – and the first glimpse of the woman behind it.
Day 2 is the excavation. We go through the rubble of the crumbled tower and the wreckage of the trainwreck – to pick out the pieces of you, what’s actually yours versus what’s been handed to you, imposed on you, or absorbed without your awareness.
By the end of Day 2 you’ll know exactly what to take with you – and what to leave behind.
You’ve done the excavation. Now we re-define and re-design from an abstract pov – The Anti-Princess™ pov. We address topics such as resistance, relationships, coping mechanisms and gratitude to name a few – taking a fine tooth comb through all of the things that require a second look before you can conceptualize something real.
You leave Day 3 with a full conceptualization of your Anti-Princess Identity™, ie the woman you were meant to be all along, on paper, for the first time.

The Rapunzel’d™ Collective opens June 1st – this is where your Anti-Princess Identity™ Outline becomes the rough, then final draft, and where you ultimately – fully embody her.
The A Whole New Fairytale™ Collective opens September 1st – this is where you apply your fully embodied Anti-Princess Identity™ to your life. Real life is when things tend to get tricky, this is where you work through that, which actual application to life – practice. Where you take the pen and begin writing your own happily ever after, in a whole new fairytale™.
There is no “quick fix” for real identity work or transformation. With The Anti-Princess™ Intensive, The Rapunzel’d™ and The A Whole New Fairytale™ Collectives I am teaching the complete transformation arc.
This sequence is structural – not a sales strategy. Each one builds on the last because that’s how real transformation happens.
Hi, my name is Lauren –
My fairytale looks a lot like a modern day western … horses, cows, goats and dogs, 4 wheel drive pickup trucks, even a wild hog .
It’s really pretty wonderful.
But not too long ago my fairytale looked more like this – still ranchy but …
… there was a domineering King, a Villain, an Evil Stepmother, and the realization that who I believed to be Prince Charming, wasn’t.
They were all driving the train.
More on that later …
My abstractly-creative and particularly-peculiar mind has very different way of looking at things, and my straight-shooting communication style may have to grow on you.
I came into the “coaching space” through a chance Google search one evening – about nothing related to coaching. I hadn’t even heard of coaching at the time but I read the description of a free training and thought it sounded exactly like what I’d been wanting to do for a long time, and went down the rabbit hole from there.
From the free training, I did another full training, then another, getting this, that and the other certifications before wandering off on my own path of study and research.
What I discovered, or uncovered, was that the coaching methods being taught was not how I wanted to do it..
The sales gimmicks and marketing tricks, scripts instead of genuine conversations, cookie-cutter “coaching kits”, and manufactured urgency was not how I wanted to do it.
You won’t find any of that here.
I took a giant step back, gaining a good bit of perspective on exactly what I wanted to do, and how. I’ve never fit it, so why should this be any different .
In taking the pen on this chapter of my fairytale, I committed to helping women honestly, from a genuine position of doing so, any other way – I wouldn’t be able to do it.
With that, I designed and built Once Upon a Trainwreck™, from the inside out – the same way I teach identity and transformation … from the inside out.
The entire concept of everything here starting with the storyboard I designed while riding out my own epic trainwreck™, it was the creative-coping mechanism I came up to get it all out of my head so it wouldn’t destroy me, from the inside out.
I finally got a hold of my bootstraps from underneath the rubble of my crumbled and the wreckage the trainwreck I somehow managed to survive, and muddled through everything I’m teaching here, it worked – and it will work for you too if it’s something you’re committed to working through.
Although my fairytale may look a lot like a modern day western, your’s doesn’t have to, all of the concepts, quips, theories and what-nots that I teach can be applied to yours, whatever your’s looks like.

This can be very difficult to deal with.
Developmentally, everything is foundational. If you go through life having grown up and developed on a foundation you believed to be truth – only to find out it wasn’t – it makes you question everything.
Or if you’ve built a life based on a relationship that turned out to be much different than what you thought it was going to be – it too, can make you question everything.
But as painful as something like this can be – it gives you an opportunity to move forward, rebuilding on a foundation of you.
The real you.
There may not always be a blindsiding, catastrophic trainwreck –
But there’s always a tower.
Always.
And if there is a trainwreck – whether it’s feeling like one internally, or crawling out from under the wreckage of one externally – it’s the catalyst that sparks the recognition of the tower, finally forcing the acknowledgment of it.
What I came to see as a blessing – was the benefit of breaking completely, all to pieces.
Not just a crack in the exterior facade of duct tape and superglue, but total destruction.
Like fairytales, real life consists of all of the things – the good, bad, ugly and beautiful™.
In picking the pieces of ourselves out of the rubble and the wreckage – it can be very easy to get hung up in resentment so it’s important that as we work through all of this, that we intentionally look for, and find, something to be thankful for in every part of it.
The pieces worth keeping are there, even when the context changes.
That’s where we start.
For me it wasn’t just a relationship, “circumstance” or bungled up mess of symptoms. In the midst of the epic trainwreck™ that I somehow managed to survive, I dug up the root of all of it. In the digging, I found out that what I’d been led to believe as a child – things I’d been shielded from, things I’d been handed as truth – wasn’t. The foundation I’d been trying to stand on was different what actually was..
When everything you believed to be true turns out not to be – it doesn’t just shake you.
It shifts the ground entirely.
When you’re ready to start picking them up – this is where you begin.

But there’s always a tower.
Always.
And if there is a trainwreck – whether it’s feeling like one internally, or crawling out from under the wreckage of one externally – it’s often the catalyst that sparks the recognition of the tower, finally forcing the acknowledgment of it.
What I came to see as a blessing – was the benefit of breaking completely, all to pieces.
Not just a crack in the exterior facade of duct tape and superglue, but total destruction.
Like fairytales, real life consists of the good, bad, ugly and beautiful. In picking the pieces of ourselves out of the wreckage and the rubble — it matters that we don’t get hung up in resentment. That we intentionally look for, and find, something to be thankful for.
The pieces worth keeping are still there. Underneath all of it.
That’s where we start.
For me it wasn’t just a relationship or a circumstance. In the midst of the epic trainwreck I somehow survived, I found out that much of what I’d been led to believe as a child – things I’d been shielded from, things I’d been handed as truth – wasn’t. The foundation I’d been standing on was different than I’d been told.
When everything you believed to be true turns out not to be – it doesn’t just shake you. It shifts the ground entirely.
When you’re ready to start picking them up – this is where you begin.

There may not always be a trainwreck, but there’s always a tower.
Always.
It can be your coping mechanism, it can also be the forced construct, the situation, the “circumstance” – whatever form it took, it was there.
And when there is a trainwreck?
It’s the catalyst that sparks the recognition of it, or what finally forces the acknowledgment of it.
There are a couple of types of trainwreck situations:
Feeling like one internally.
Riddled with anxiety, stress, worry, even fear.
Or being blindsided by one externally.
The chaotic, catastrophic, devastating or disastrous event that seemingly destroys everything in one moment.
Whichever version you find yourself in – feeling like one or crawling out from under the wreckage of one –
Both of them can break you.
But with that –
They can both also destroy your tower, and destruction can be your liberator.
The Anti-Princess™ Intensive is where you conceptualize the outline of who you were meant to be all along.
The Rapunzel’d™ Collective is where the outline goes to rough draft, final draft – the final draft, embodied.
3 + 6 Month completion plans.

The Anti-Princess™ Movement, y’all.
I’m on a mission to help as many women as I possibly can – to crawl out from under the rubble of the crumbled tower and the wreckage of the trainwreck, and ditch the false identity they’ve been wearing – The Princess Costume.
The one they’ve exhausted themselves trying to make fit, and maintain.
Conceptualizing then fully embodying their Anti-Princess Identity™, they become the woman they were meant to be all along.
I’m inviting you to be a part of it.
If you see yourself in any of this – tell your friends, your sisters, your nieces, your neighbors, your mom, your daughter.
The women in your life who you recognize in everything you just read.
The ones still in the tower. The ones crawling out of the wreckage.
The women ready to take the pen.
And if you want to do more than share – join the team.
It’s free to register and you’ll be compensated for every enrollment you facilitate.
Here’s how it works:
Anyone who enrolls through you in The Anti-Princess™ Intensive, listing you as the team member who referred them, will earn you $100 and $500 for every enrollment in The Rapunzel’d™ Collective or in The A Whole New Fairytale™ Collective you facilitate.
As long as they fully enroll listing you as the referring team member – you’re compensated for it.
Simple, transparent, no games.
